With 750+ affiliated colleges, the campus of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University has everything a student will need for their overall development. The campus is located at Jankipuram in the heart of the capital city of the state of Uttar Pradesh -Lucknow. The University believes in providing students with the best environment for learning and the most advanced infrastructure for professional growth. 

The AKTU Lucknow College campus houses classrooms complexes, student, faculty, and residential staff quarters, a healthcare center that is operational 24 hours, and an administration block. In addition, the campuses are well equipped with a sports ground for indoor and outdoor games, a gym, ATM, a library, mess, and shopping facilities.

• Hostel – Some affiliated colleges are equipped with a hostel facility, while a few are not. However, the colleges that don't have hostel facilities are provided with the nearest PG rooms available at affordable rent rates. Hostels are provided with recreational facilities such as TVs, health clubs, indoor games, and PCOs. Each hostel has its live-in wardens and a faculty member who administers the accommodation. It is to be noted that admission to AKTU doesn't ensure guaranteed hostel accommodation due to the limited capacity of the hostels. AKTU  offers accommodation to applicants based on different factors. 
• Gym - The gymnasium is part of a few colleges of AKTU facilities. Students can take care of their health and fitness by making use of this gymnasium facility provided by the University. The gym is well-equipped with exercise and training equipment. The gym helps the students to stay fit and healthy.
• Sports – The college campuses have outdoor and indoor games facilities for students' recreation, including basketball, badminton, tennis courts, cricket, and football grounds. The campus sports ground also has a running track. University also promotes sports like weight lifting, taekwondo, trekking, and mountaineering. 
• Cafeteria – The air-conditioned cafeteria facilities provided by the University include Chinese, Indian, and south Indian cuisines. There is another split cafeteria available for coffee and snacks on the campus. The quality and number of cafeterias vary with different colleges.
• Auditorium – AKTU has as many auditoriums as there are colleges it has affiliated with it. These auditoriums are used for academic talks, conferences, seminars, slide and film shows, demonstrations, lectures, workshops, etc. The capacity of auditoriums and facilities it has attached with it varies with College.
• Wifi – The University has high-speed wifi connectivity in all laboratories, libraries, hostels, auditoriums and seminar halls, and even guest houses. The campus has been using the new standard for next-generation wireless technology for wifi networks so that the teachers, students, and support staff can easily access the data, voice, multimedia, and video conferencing services as well as research, e-learning, and business applications.
• IT Infrastructure – AKTU Lucknow has set up facilities for the in-house use of E-mail, Computers, and internet services for all students, project staff, and faculty members. This unit of the University offers a variety of E-services to the students in the context of literature search, computation, and graphics.
• Laboratories – AKTU Lucknow laboratories are air-conditioned and equipped with various modern instrumental facilities inside them related to all the fields. They are sophisticated but well-equipped, and more than 40 students can perform their experiments simultaneously. The instruments available in the laboratory include UV spectrophotometer: Double beam OD measurement, Magnetic stirrer, Multi-parameter: 6 parameters, namely pH, TDS, ORP, Salinity, Temp, millivolt, Hot air oven, and Digital oven, Rotary flask shaker, UV transilluminator, Dual Orbitex shaker with compressor and many more. For every branch, the University has provided modern instruments-equipped laboratories such as Civil Engineering labs, computer labs, mechanical labs, Google code labs, automation labs, language labs, nanotechnology labs, cyber city labs, textile dyeing labs, and textile printing, designing, and manufacturing labs.
• Convenience stores – The AKTU campuses are provided with departmental stores facility in a few of its colleges to facilitate students' daily shopping. The numbers may vary from College to College.
• Alumni Associations –  Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University alumni association is one of the largest networks among all Indian universities. The University is quite proud to have a collective of more than 3 lakh alumni. They have been working as social scientists, scientists, literary critics, civil servants, media experts, journalists, foreign language experts, political leaders, technologists, social activists, entrepreneurs, and managers over the last 46 years and more. 
• Parking Facility - The University has a parking facility for students and staff.
• Banks Facilities – Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University's banking facilities include an SBI branch and its ATMs on almost all college campuses. If there are few which do not have the branch inside, they have successfully set it up to the nearest College.
• Library – Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University has as many libraries as there are institutions in the University, with a broad collection of books on specialized areas.
• Innovation Cell – AKTU University established a cell, "Kalam Center for Innovation and Incubation of Startups (K-CIIS)." This cell by University is established with the goal of beginning a startup culture across all affiliated and associated colleges of it. K-CIIS is a dedicated cell to create an ecosystem for promoting research, innovations, and startups for students by developing an end-to-end mentorship and incubation model for potential startups.
