The AP LAWCET exam pattern is issued by the APSCHE. AP LAWCET 2024 Marking Scheme

  • Applicants will be awarded one point for each accurate answer they provide.
  • There are no negative points awarded for selecting the incorrect answer.
  • If candidates choose not to attempt any questions, there will be no negative marking applied.
  • To calculate the final score, only correct answers will be considered.

AP LAWCET 2024 Mode

The AP LAWCET 2024 exam mode is online. General Knowledge and Mental Ability, Aptitude for the Study of Law, and Current Affairs are the three main sections of AP LAWCET 2024.

AP LAWCET 2024 Time Duration

  • Approximately one hour and thirty minutes, or ninety minutes, would be allotted for the Andhra Pradesh Law Common Entrance Test.
  • Applicants are expected to complete the examination within the specified time frame. 
  • There will be no additional time allowed.

AP LAWCET 2024 Language

  • The Andhra Pradesh Law Common Entrance Test will be administered in either English or Telugu.
  • Candidates must take the exam in any of the languages listed.

AP LAWCET 2024 Marking Scheme

  • 1 mark is awarded for every correct answer.

  • There is no negative marking for incorrect answer/unanswered questions.

    Qualifying Marks in AP LAWCET 2024

    The AP LAWCET Qualifying Marks for 3-year long and 5-year long courses have been given below.

    • Applicants will have to obtain a minimum of 35% in the test, for instance, 42 marks out of the total marks of 120, to appear for assessment and ranking of AP LAWCET.

    • Applicants belonging to SC or ST categories do not require any minimum qualifying marks.

    • For the LLM program, the qualifying percentage of marks is 25%, that is 30 marks out of total 120 marks. There will be no qualifying marks for SC & ST for ranking.
