NMAT 2024 Scores

After completing the NMAT by GMAC 2024 exam, candidates can expect to receive their scorecard, detailing scaled scores for individual sections as well as the total score, within 48 hours. Notification of scorecard availability will be sent via email, allowing candidates to promptly download their results.

In the NMAT exam, questions are dynamically selected from a question pool based on each candidate's performance on previously answered questions. This adaptive approach tailors the question set to match the examinee's ability level, ensuring that each candidate faces an appropriately challenging array of questions.

Scoring for the NMAT exam involves deriving the candidate's final ability estimate using a probabilistic model approach from modern exam theory. This estimate is then transformed into a scaled score, ranging from 12 to 120, providing a standardized measure of the candidate's performance.

NMAT 2024 Result

Candidates can check the NMAT result 2024 on the official website by logging in using their credentials. NMAT 2024 test-takers will be able to check their scores and download the scorecards within 48 hours or 2 days of appearing in the exam. After the release of the NMAT by GMAC result, candidates can check their scorecard. You can download the result card for future reference.

NMAT 2024 Official Marksheet

The official NMAT 2024 mark sheet will comprise two scores - an individual sectional scaled & overall score and percentile of a candidate. Calculation of the scaled score is done before calculating the final percentile. The final percentile score is calculated based on the scaled score and it is updated in the official scorecard and sent to B-schools.

NMAT 2024 Cutoff

NMAT 2024 cutoff marks are different for every participating institute, depending on the difficulty level of the exam, the vacancies in the course, and the average performance of the students. The NMAT 2024 cutoffs in top MBA colleges in India like XIMB, K J Somaiya, and VIT are significantly high in the range of 92-96 percentile.

NMAT cutoff marks range from 150 to 200, and certain institutes will give preference to sectional cutoffs in addition to the overall cutoff. The final cutoff marks can be either released in the form of a score or percentile.

NMAT 2024 Selection Process

The NMAT 2024 selection process will begin after the declaration of cutoffs. GMAC is not responsible for carrying out a centralized admission process. Every participating institute has its selection process and admission criteria.

  • The NMAT 2024 selection process will include GD-PI rounds.

  • Candidates who clear the minimum sectional and overall cutoffs will be shortlisted to appear for the GD-PI rounds.

  • After the conduction of the PI round, the final merit list will be prepared based on various parameters: NMAT 2024 score, GD-PI scores, work experience, past academic scores, and gender diversity.

  • The participating institute may also decide to conduct a WAT (Writing Ability Test) or Case Discussion (CD) round instead of the conventional GD round.

  • The decision of final admission is based on the combined performance in NMAT 2024 and GD-PI round.

Dear Student,

The NMAT cutoff for admission to MBA courses at Woxsen University stood at 160 for 2023 and 2022. If you have scored 155 in NMAT, you may be eligible for admission to Woxsen University if the MBA cutoff is lowered depending on the exam difficulty level, number of candidates, total number of applications, etc. On the other hand, an aggregate score of 75% is more than enough to be eligible for MBA admission at Woxsen University since the institute only requires candidates to have an overall score of 60% in any discipline from a recognized university.
