XIME Banagalore offers numerous scholarships. The Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Bangalore scholarships include the merit-cum-means scholarship, the President's Scholarship, the Barrister M.K.Nambiar Memorial Scholarship, the Late Prof. J.D. Cherayil Memorial Scholarship, and the Sarosh J Ghandy Scholarship. Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements are eligible for the XIME Banagalore scholarship.

• Merit-based Scholarships- This scholarship is awarded to individuals who score 90 percentile or higher on the XAT/CAT. The tuition fee is waived by 30% under this scheme.
• President's Scholarship- This scholarship is given to meritorious candidates. The scholarship amount is Rs. 2,000,000.

XIME Bangalore admissions are open for PGDM/PGDM-BA batch (2023-25). On August 8, 2022  the XAT exam date 2023 was announced. The XAT 2023 registration period will stretch from August 10 to November 30, 2022  and the exam will be held on January 8, 2023.

• XSEED- The group organises awareness campaigns such as women's hygiene. Members of the club also help with social work by contributing money to orphan children to help them buy books and stationery.
• HRUDAY- The club plans activities and tournaments. The winner receives cash awards.
• EMPRESARIO- The club organises competitions such as an internal B plan competition, among other things.
• MARKXIME- The group organises marketing guest lectures, workshops, and quizzes.
• XORATION- The club organises workshops to teach students how to use social media platforms for data organisation.
• ROTARACT- The club organises workshops and induction programmes for new members.
• XOPS- The club organises webinars, competitions, and activities for operations management students.

Xavier Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship Bangalore courses offers PGDM programme and Ph.D programme to the students in specific areas of business. The PGDM programme of XIME Bangalore is a two year, fully residential flagship programme which is approved by AICTE. The PGDM course aims to develop soft skills like leadership, interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills of the students. For admission to Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Bangalore courses, candidates first have to meet the eligibility criteria. Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Bangalore facilities include classrooms, library, wi-Fi, computer lab, canteen, sports, hostels. Xavier Management and Entrepreneurship Institute hostel facilities are available in Bangalore for both male and female students. Water, electricity, a gym, free internet, indoor games, television, and other amenities are available at the XIME Bangalore hostel. The institute has large hostel rooms with attached bathrooms. There is also a large auditorium at the institute. The XIME Bangalore auditorium hosts a variety of events and seminars.
